Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our production process, delivery times may vary.

E.U. orders
- Depending on product availability, orders placed within the E.U. are delivered within three to five working days from arrival at our studio.
- Due to the nature of our business model, all bags are ordered, as a priority from our supplier, and will be dispatched to our shop within two working days. Your order should be dispatched to you within 30 working days.
- Maximum delivery time is estimated at 30 working days.
- Of course we always will try to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- If you require a shorter delivery time, please contact us and we will organize express delivery service. This will cost extra and we will communicate that cost to you by phone and/or by email.
International Orders
- International orders are classified as orders beyond the borders and confines of the E.U.
- Delivery time is expected to be within a maximum period of 30 working days.
- Of course we always will try to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- If you require a shorter delivery time, please contact us and we will organize express delivery service. This will cost extra and we will communicate that cost to you either by phone and/or by email.
Return Policy
- While we cannot accommodate every return, we value our customers and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.
- You have 30 daysto return almost any Brierley Bags purchase for a refund or store credit, as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition.
- All returns must be in perfect condition.
- We are unable to accept returns on items that are worn, scratched or damaged Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you.
- We will process your refund within approximately 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Brierley Bags reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- PayPal orders purchased online must be returned via mail in order to receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
- PayPal orders returned in stores are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
